pipeline on Colab Pro T4: clone → ffmpeg/venv install → detect (GPU
capability tier) → 127 unit/integration tests → sample TTS (KO+EN
tech terms) → real faster-whisper transcription → hotword/postprocess
→ API smoke → benchmark.
